Hi
I am currently employed but looking for a career change and really fancy working as a postman. I expect to take a pay cut but what on average would be take home pay monthly. I do have an interview coming up but don’t want to waste time and another persons chance if unfortunately it wouldn’t work for me financially
Any replies would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

It will be part-time (20-30hrs) and unlikely to progress to full-time in the near future.
Overtime is usually available but never guaranteed.
A full-time postman (38hrs) will take home around £1500 pcm basic outside London.
