I am on my 4th week in Royal Mail as a postman and these first weeks were very hard for me.
They have given me one of the hardest walk in the office and everytime I run to clear the walk.
Day by day I am getting faster and find out tips to do my duty easier.
The office I work at is one of the biggest in London.
The manager's attitude is like they work in a different dimension, meaning that only at the first days they used to come and ask me how I am doing and e.t.c
Nowadays they are dissappear and I have to look for them to ask for anything.
