Interview Monday - Wish me luck

Hi everyone,

I stumbled across this forum and have found all your interview and starter tips very useful. Obviously, I have to get through the interview stage but I'm feeling positive about this being the ideal job for me. I won't let RM down if they hire me.

Good luck mate. :thumbup

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Wow, what a process.

I have now been offered the role subject to criminal conviction checks etc (of which I have none) so will hopefully start within the next few weeks. Thanks for the various tips/advice I've found on this forum - keep up the superb work.

From memory, my experience was that the next you hear could well have a start date - just to "warn" you that RM don't give much notice!!!
