Unsuccessful Application Query

Post by MarkPW87 »

Hi, I recently received an email from Royal Mail Group telling me my application for a job was unsuccessful. It also said

'You are eligible to re-apply for a vacancy with Royal Mail Group in six months' time.'

Does this mean I can't apply for a job with Royal Mail in general for six months or does it apply to the specific sorting office that I applied to?! Can someone enlighten me on this, please. Thank you.

Any vacancy I believe because they do use single applications for multiple locations if you are successful in qualifying but the job was oversubscribed.

Thanks for the reply! Seems a bit drastic, I think.

When you are successful you'll see that RM does drastic quite a lot. It's a law unto itself. Keep trying though its not that bad a job once you get used to it.
