hi all. joined royal mail on sept 9. 2015 on 20hrs contract. worked average of 30hrs and full time over December. will I get a xmas bonus this year as not had the stamps as not been employed 3 months from issue date.

As far as I know you will receive a pro-rata amount based on your contractual hours.
