I've applied for pilgrimage leave for next December 2016 sand I want 4 days the manager has not granted this how can I challenge that managers decision? I work at Leicester Mpu on the Css on nights can anyone advise me on this Matter thank you

you would probably have to go through the equalities officer at branch HQ as I doubt a local rep would be able to help because the 4 weeks before Christmas are embargoed for leave as a national policy.
