discipline policy
does anyone know the recommended time frame for a discipline issue. is 3 months an acceptable time from the date of the incident to the written decision by the management? The incident happened on 30th June there was a fact finding meeting 2 days later where a union rep was present. A formal interview took place on the 27th July but written confirmation of the management's decision did not arrive till 23rd September.

Re: discipline policy
It would depend on the complexity of the case, the availability of union representation and the availability of any witnesses.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
