new postie can't get his meal break

Joined a busy delivery office somewhere in London over a month.Was happy to in but now seems honeymoon period is over!!!to much work to do in such a tight time,couldn't manage my meal break. As a trainee working with different postmen every week. Some of them are nice,some are nugget short of a happy meal. This manager difficult to understand. Other day said to me drive the van to finish the job left from regular post man, next day said i have to pass the test before driving a van,I am confused!! Oh ya customer,she is furious why i am banging her door so loud!!! because,mam you complained we don't knock,but left the red card,I should said her.
