Hi,
Just finished reading the interview between Alan Leighton and Jeff Randall that took place on sky news this morning, having read it Mr.Leighton comes across as bieng firm about the way in which he wants to lead Royal Mail into the future, and as this is being televised nation wide as a member of the normal public watching would have to say that what he is saying appears to be a sensible approach for the future of the buisness.
Now you and I both know that he is only singing from his hymn sheet and is failing to inform the public about the final salary pension closure, none payment of Door t door payments worth approx 80 pounds a month to some, what he expects us to do regards summer scheduling when people go off sick and I could go on my point being this WHY is there no body such as the likes of Billy Hayes or Dave Ward there to expain the situation from our point of view and see Mr leighton being cross questioned about variuos aspects, just to see him maybe falter on answering, see his face flushed ,instead of apparently having a comfortable interview with Jeff Randall who in fair ness is not aware of the bigger picture..
Yours Frustrated...ORANGE.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
