The Royal Mail with it's great history and charter should allow these Boxes to be painted at nile cost to company.

A real PR co to promote these athletes who have dedicated many years to achieve a great performance as like the Royal Mail.

Really, paint is free, they don't pay the staff who paint them they get free fuel from the government when travelling between the ones being painted.

She is doing for the ones that won Gold in 2012 and they nominate which ones they want painted as far as I know. I am guessing no one picked Plymouth. Oh and she is not a member of this UNOFFICIAL site.

Your right it IS,thats why they are doing it for all the Gold Medal winners of 2012 and the Paralympics. There may be a case for having special ones but where do you draw the line. Can Yorkshire have one painted in Gold in York City Centre because of the number of golds this county got. Should we have one at Stoneleigh Park for the Dressage. A line has to be drawn somewhere otherwise it will get silly and pointless and the honour already afforded to the Gold Medal winners will be diminished.
