Turned away from interview !

Hi in new on here and joined to voice an issue i currently have with RM im not a customer I was hoping to be an employee I was booked in for an interview on tuesday , when I turned up I wasnt on the list of interviewees i was then told there was some mix up and couldnt interview me at that time, so with an apology and a hand shake I was shown the Door and told to expect a phone call before the end of the day, its now Thursday and ive heard nothing.

I wouldnt mind but I traveled 25 miles to get there took a day off work and missed the olympic torch passing house to be there. A phone call even to say in not getting another interview would have been nice especially as I had got all the documents they had requested unlike the other interviewees

Does anyone think I should expect a phone call or should I just move on ?

Haha, I had 3 attempts! First time, they had no idea I was expected there and so no one was available to interview me. Second time I turned up the interviewer had "a family emergancy" and so couldn't see me. Third time I turned up - 1 person was there to interview me but the 2nd (who was to look at my ID papers etc) was "held up on a motorway". Eventually, after voicing my frustration, they interviewed me on this 3rd visit.

So based on my experience you may get a phone call but after that palava do you really want to work for them? It only gets worse so to be fair I would move on.

Aye piss up in a brewery came to mind, One guy kept moaning bout managers in in a Meeting and the guy supposed to interview me was goin home at 12 it being 11.30 he wasnt gonna stay late tbh I was more peeved what id missed to get thereand the time i wasted doing the application

I can imagine what its like after reading some of the viws on here ill probs go to an interview if they ring me but in definately asking some difficult questions while I have the chance
