Hi everyone.
I'm due to start as a Postman next week and I've read the things on the company website about what its like to work for Royal Mail but just want to know what its REALLY like and see what people that work there already think so if anyone can give me any tips/advice it would be great, especially those from the South Manchester sorting office where I'll be based.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
