This has probably been asked before, but i am new on here.
Why does royal mail stiil have to deliver mail after it has lost the contract to collect it, the likes of tnt are being paid by the people they collect from, then pass it on to royal mail and probably get a big discount.If these companies had to deliver as well as collect then Im sure most of them would not be able to do it. Is this kept quiet from the general public, all they hear about is contracts being lost, they dont know royal mail still delivers most of its so called lost contracts. This has got to be the worst run busines ever
