Ex Postie, backing you always

Post by bigstu »

Evening.

Ex Postman here - 3 and a half years as a APG at Hailsham, East Sussex, DO.

I made a silly mistake - I left the Post. I did it because at the time I was going out (and engaged to :d'oh! ) a girl who turned out to be, to put it mildly, a http://www.theargus.co.uk/display.var.1 ... a%20nutjob . Despite all the current problems, I'd go back tomorrow. My current employer (Focus DIY) don't recognise my Union (USDAW), as far as I'm aware, for one, and secondly, I miss the cameraderie, the banter, the 'all muck in' attitude.

Looking forward to being a part of this place :)

EDIT; That link should work now ;)

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
