Royal Mail need to realise that the staff mean business maybe work to rule being the best policy.

Royal Mail need to know that the staff mean business and work to rule would be the best policy.
Royal Mail should not follw the rivals but lead the way and the business plan should be thrown out as unworkable.
Accept no problem with automation need to move on but need more communication with staff regarding the effect this could have on their jobs, Pensions etc Leighton and Crozier dont need that amount just greed .
Royal Mail have got the money so the staff could have a decent rise instead of these colleague shares which wont be worth anything later.

A work to rule would only cause Royal Mail to force us out. It is better for them that we are out completely rather than still doing collections etc. I think this time we have to go and we have to mean business. If they force us out then our dispute will become illegal and that is when members will start to faulter, I think.

in my office it will be harder to enforce a work to rule than strike action
a better option is to teach our fellow posties to work to our 318 and continue with the industrial action
that will really f**k em up
