Hi there Iam Nev the Rev and just joined. Already sent my YES vote back. There is only 8 of us in our office and we still use the old box frames for setting in. So much for investment we dont see any of it. Lino on floor is split, light tubes missing one toilet for all male & female no rest room. But at the end of the day we get left alone so we muddle along. Any one else in the same boat. Oh yes and the roof leaks.

Nev, I know that you think your're alone...your're not conditions in SPDO's are unexplainable even to most other Union members. Glad to see that someone managed to recruit you and that you believe that the Union are right. I suppose that this means you know your local rep? Just for all those rural Posties out there you think that the Universal Service means that anyone on a Rural isn't involved in the current dispute. Crozier is quite clear that he wants the Universal Service 'redefined' i.e. we don't take everything every day...............what next once a week with stamped mail only? 20 000 Rural delivery members wonder? Welcome Nev, your office sound very Dickensian. Our roof leeks as well and stops the lift dead when it rains heavy and we have an office of 300+ boy does that cause problems.

Nev, contact your branch and Get your area health and safety officer in, failing that contact the enviromental health and get the office shut down mate,
