Due to start as postman in the next couple of weeks, should I believe everything I see on Reddit 😂 is it as bad as everyone is making out.

It's a bit rubbish when it's sub-zero, pissing down AND blowing a hooley, the rest of the time it's a grand job.

For a new starter, it is a nightmare of a job. The company is backwards in that regard. I've been here four years and it continuously gets worse.
