Information needed from PO people
I have today received an envelope postmarked Carlisle CA/DG with nothing inside. I am trying to trace the sender. The envelope was inside a PO Apology plastic bag. I have looked online but I cannot find an email contact for the PO. Is there anyway I can send a photo of the envelope? Someone might recognise the handwriting for me. I am not aware of anyone living in the Carlisle area. Help needed please.
