I'm Steny, and frankly, I'm so happy to be here! Royalmail is a bit of a hobby of mine, and I'm always into it, whether it's tracking my parcels (yeah, I'm the kind of guy who checks every 5 minutes) or complaining when things get delayed. But then, we all know that's part of the game, don't we? I've already got quite a few anecdotes about deliveries that turn into fiascoes, but also little moments of glory when everything goes like clockwork. I hope we'll get on well together and share our little tricks for avoiding problems. And who knows, maybe I'll learn a few tricks from you too.
