having only been a postman for nearly 2 years i think that those people that went in on friday should be shot. these people are laughing at the honest people that are striking to save these scums jobs my attitude is that if i want a piece of pie i have gotta help bake it not get something for nothing and yet these people just aint bothered they should be named and shamed.

Welcome garythepost - pity but we can't name them on here for legal reasons but we can send them to Coventry. However, at the moment at my DO we don't have that problem. We were a 100% Out office. ImageImage

If you know for a fact that taco's were not changed then it should be reported to the traffic commissioner, lets see Royal Mail try and squirm theyre way out of the trouble they would be in.

There is about 80 in office and the only people working were the managers. Delighted with the turn out on the day, however, the managers asked a couple of lads to work Sunday night to try and clear the backlog and they did. I think they are as good as strike breakers. What is the point in us losing out on a days wage to make a point when these guys are gonna help the company out of the s**t like that?? Anyone else feel we are banging our head against a brick wall?
