End of the month i believe. I can't wait for ours although we never managed an action plan in our office for last year.

Good or bad? It depends if you are management or staff. I am looking forward to next Tuesday's training when I believe we are discussing the results.

Re: Have your say
Just had first sight of our results and I'm pleased to say that people seem to have told the truth about the way they feel.
0% have confidence in the the senior leadership of POL.
0% believe POL are open and honest in what they tell us.
0% feel valued by POL.
These results are just the tip of the iceberg and I'll share more when we've had time to study them in more detail.
None of the above results are the least bit surprising to me given the way we've been treated over the last twelve months but I'm confident that they will be a massive shock to our senior managers, once again confirming they have not the faintest idea as to the implications of their actions.
I've said it before but I'll say it again; roll on 2011.

"They couldn't see what should have been so obvious".

Re: Have your say
Ours are far worse than the Crown Average, which are dire.

Re: Have your say
The Crown Office scores are the final column on the right of the results sheet. And I bet our results are worse than yours!
