2nd class QR code meaning

I have received a 2nd class letter with a QR code on it My phone app is able to translate this to a code JGB B1220001NE85113060017138000510Q300822E1EA022EZF35BFD2 Can anyone explain what this means please. Thanks for looking ?

Sometimes with the right QR code reader, you see addresses or postcodes, but sometimes it's just a bunch of random numbers so that the system can see its progress through the system and identify any points in the pipeline, it looks like you got a random one.

My best guess is it's a 2nd class large letter from/to Gateshead (maybe)

And it is a 'Datamatrix' rather than a 'QR' code and is part of RMs barcode strategy to barcode just about everything that passes through their systems
