Out of curiosity what are the vans like that are used for Cash Carrying Crew Member duties.

Not sure you'll get an answer to this mate as there aren't many of these types of bods around. Moved to Post Office just in case.

We carry cash as part if our daytime duty. I posted an issue about this many times.

We can have anywhere between £5000 and £65000 on us at any one time.
And guess what the banks made us queue with the public. That was until I put a 739 through the cashiers window one day and left.

Who else would walk down a busy high street with that sort of cash on them. :lfo Apart from Crozier and Leighton picking up their weekly bonus. :cfo

I've done that in the local doctor's. One ignorant receptionist who couldn't talk on the phone & sign at the same time. I stood there for a minute, then wrote a docket out & walked out.
Funnily enough, she developed the ability to multi-task the next time I needed a signature! :dance :dance :chuckle
