Hello, i'm a students at Chester university and i'm currently undertaking research to identify the main problems that you face as a rural or suburban sub-postmaster in day to day working life. My dad has been a sub-postmaster for more than 30 years now and we've identified a number of different problems. Hopefully with your help i'll be able to spot common themes/problems and similarities from your comments.
It would be great if you could list your main problems and we could discuss possible solutions or ways forward to solving these. Thank you for time.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
