This is the astonishing moment before stealing parcels and running away.

The brazen theft was committed in daylight on Lincoln Avenue in Willenhall, West Midlands, as cars drove past.

It was filmed from inside a home opposite by concerned onlookers who were describing the thugs to police on the phone as the men piled parcels into bags.





The video starts with one of the men, who is dressed in a dark hooded top and has white fabric covering his face, taking a large parcel from the van, which is parked on the pavement outside a house.

He puts the parcel in a large black sack but quickly drops it to the floor when a car drives past. He and his accomplices then immediately carry on.

With their bags now full of stolen parcels, the thieves clamber over a wall next to the van and run away.

The police were informed of the theft, which happened on January 4, 2019 at around 1.30pm, but the crime was not pursued to due to lack of evidence.

The person who filmed the theft, who wished to remain anonymous, told MailOnline: 'It was a normal week day when I saw from the corner of my eye some guys acting strangely.

'One used excessive force to pull the window open whilst the others observed to see if anyone was watching.

'I was pretty calm about it all, obviously, it wasn’t normal as it was day time and within close quarters,' they added.

No evidence. The police can see their faces, two have touched the van without gloves on. FFS the police now need a boot up the arse. There might not be as many of them as in the last but it's getting to the stage that they expect the public to do most of the,,,investigation,,, and the CPS are just a bunch of graduates who spend a few years in the dept before moving on to bigger and better thing. Total waste of time and money.
