Lying Manager suspended.SE Lon.

In the interest of fair reporting,and moving on from stealing,lying ect posties.

A Manager in SE Lon has been suspended for falsifyingly (sp) trying to get posties the sack.
He's one of these bods (but not IB) that go around to DO's checking frames and the like for left letters.

He's been busted trying to get 4 different posties done,claiming letters were left ect when it has been proved that they haven't.

More info when i get it,oh and keep the language clean!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

He's probably been suspended while they figure out how to promote him for doing his job so well!

A lying manager? Surely there has been some mistake. They are all honest hard working men and women. At least that is what they keep telling us.

Surely this would set a precedent and then most of the managers would end up being suspended (most of then tell more lies than Pinocchio). Maybe that's how :cfo :lfo are going to get rid of all those layers of management :Very Happy

Seen this happen in a ex-nationalized Industry , the polite word for them is vultures !, problem is they get over zealous and try too hard to justify their jobs and lay things on too thick .Whilst their more Senior Managers are on the look out for trouble and need to be fed with stuff , you can guarantee they'll eventually get fed up with wild goose chases and things these vultures have cocked up .

It's all very well laying minefields for people , but these idiots can just as easily walk into them themselves .The problem is if you go swimming with sharks !!!, and these "individuals " are only used and outlive their usefulness .

I'd a idiot of a Inspector looking for me , he was" advised " by a Ambitious Area Manager to go to The National Economic League which was set up to deal with legal complaints against unions . He tried to get a National Strike Ballot overturned as he'd not received a Ballot Paper , it was all a smokescreen as Senior /Executive Managers were being publicly being criticized by Norman Tebbit for being underhand and deceitful like RM Management full stop ?. The case was thrown out in the High Court , his reward was promotion to Inspector but he never made Chief , as he'd made such a A***hole of himself they gave it to a ex Militant ex Alcoholic Rep who'd crossed over to the other side .

The Union Orders from high were he was to be treated as a Non Person ( that's the exclusion of colleagues charge RM are trying on at Burslem ) , a ex Sectional Council Rep who got promoted to Executive said if there is anything to blow him up with , blow him Sky high !.

I wrote to the late Stalwart Paul Foot in The Daily Mirror , he called me back and published , Revenge was very sweet and I'd full support, by 'coincidence " he was driving a XJ Jag around , bit expensive to run , 18-22 mpg on Four Star ? , the Jag looked a bit conspicious on a S***hole Estate and it was "coincidentally " scratched .

That's what you get though with p*** poor management , recruitment , promotion and selection . RM is backward , it's managers seem to be of that Amoral at best age .
