Royal Mail said it is managing to deliver all mail in the ST6 postcode area despite it being the 26th day of strike action.
Managers are being drafted in from across the country to deliver around 100,000 items each day in the Burslem area.
About 100 workers walked out on December 18 in a 15-day strike in protest over the suspension of 12 colleagues, following allegations of bullying. The strike was then extended for a further two weeks, which has now been extended again.
Union leaders are calling for all cases to be reviewed independently.
A Royal Mail spokesman said: "There are no further talks planned at the moment but we remain available for further discussions. We managed to deliver all items again yesterday in the ST6 postcode area."
