A large parts of the town centre in Dawlish have been evacuated because of a gas leak.
It happened at the Royal Mail sorting office on the strand, which has been evacuated.
Police and fire crews are at the scene on Brunswick Place, and a 200 metre cordon is in place.
Dozens of homes have been evacuated.
Wales and West Utilities engineers are also at the scene.

Postal deliveries have been affected
The leak happened at the Royal Mail sorting office in Dawlish, and as a result, homes in the area and Starcross will not receive any post today
