I don't usually agree on the side of royal mail but Ofcom are a complete joke , r/m stopped it being a level playing field ? , whistl where just picking the bulk easy money drops , we deliver to every address , there where only delivering 3 days a week and we do 6 days a week surely the uso should of been the same with them ? and whistl still couldn't do the job so I don't think it was because of the increase of stamp prices , I think Ofcom need to be looking at what these other companys our so called competition are doing everyday and the way they treat customers .

Ofcom are a disgrace and really have it in for RM whilst being totally inept or uninterested at dealing with issues in other businesses that they're supposed to regulate
I still remember when they criticised RM for their "cost base" I.e. wages, whilst paying no interest at all to the often illegal pay and T&C's that our competitors force their employees to work under.
