A THOUGHTFUL resident has put out drinks for post service and bin collection workers.
The woman in Central Avenue, Southend had left a container of juice and cups outside the home.
There is also a note informing workers to help themselves.
A towns bin man Tony Sayers posted a picture on social media to highlight the resident's good will.
