THE Royal Mail may not be perfect but they are the best of a bad bunch by a long way.
I've had numerous valuable packages left out in the rain, damaged and gone missing after using other courier firms, and if you complain they simply don't want to know.
And do you think TNT losing the details of every parent in the country represents value for money?
