Network Pay Offer Clarification

The department has received a number of enquiries in regard to the above and in particular on the two following points:

Does the 2.7% increase offer flow through to London pay ranges?

Will pre-scheduled additional hours be paid during 4 weeks of annual leave in the same manner that was previously applied to Scheduled Attendance?

I can confirm that the answer to both questions is YES.
