A drug dealer who was caught using the postal service to send illegal substances around the world has been jailed.
Sam Karena, 21, was arrested by Essex Police at the Boreham sorting office as he attempted to send parcels full of drugs on January 10.
Officers caught Karena trying to post 39 individual packages to various addresses in the UK and overseas including Guernsey, France, Belgium, Germany, and Malaysia.

The parcels contained quantities of herbal and resinous cannabis, crack cocaine and MDMA, with a total street value in excess of £19,000.
Karena, from London, appeared before Chelmsford Crown Court for sentencing yesterday (April 11) and received a three year sentence of imprisonment.
One of the officers who arrested Karena, Pc Graham Thomas, took to Twitter to share the news.
He wrote: "3 years imprisonment for male I arrested with £19k of drugs at Boreham sorting office on 10/01/17. No wonder he put up such a fight."
