Royal Mail, Schroders and Skanska shortlisted for best mental health strategy

Royal Mail Group, Schroder Investment Management, and Skanska UK are among the organisations that have been shortlisted in the best mental health strategy category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2017.

This award, sponsored by Legal and General, recognises employers that have made a concerted effort to support employees’ mental health, such as putting measures in place to actively identify stress in the workplace and providing a framework of support for staff with mental ill-health issues.
