Trolls have reverted back to old school ways, as Jeremy Vine has painfully found out.

The broadcaster fell foul of a disgruntled viewer who, as seems to be the way with many disgruntled viewers these days, was quick to voice their unhappiness. Although the usual avenue of a quick 140 characters bashed out and sent via Twitter preferred by many trolls was shunned, as this one reverted to a seriously old school method – they wrote a letter.

And it has proven that fame has reached such levels these days that there’s not even any need to know the trolling recipient’s address – Royal Mail will do all the work.
Strictly whiz Jez received the letter addressed to: ‘Jeremy Vine, TV person, Chiswick, London W4.’

Yep, that actually made it all the way to his house.

The message inside read: ‘We thought you could not ruin Eggheads anymore, but we were wrong! You are worse than even the utterly dreadful Keith Lemon.’
