Merseyside County TUC - Fund for Liverpool Postal Workers

Post by POSTMAN »

Branches will have received a request from the Merseyside County TUC with respect to supporting families of those members who took official and unofficial strike action in Liverpool.

This letter is to advise Branches that the collection organised by the Merseyside County TUC is a legitimate collection and worthy of support. Branches will of course be mindful of the fact that the unofficial strike action in Liverpool was repudiated by the Union.

However, CWU North West Region, as of today, is supporting this initiative and all donations will in due course be published by the Merseyside County TUC.

Therefore if any branch or individual wishes to make a donation, please make a cheque payable to Merseyside TUC and send with a covering letter to: Merseyside County TUC, 4 St Anne St, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 3JU

Yours sincerely

Carl Webb

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
