This week the latest edition of our residents’ magazine, Horizons, will be delivered to around 480,000 households in Hertfordshire by the Royal Mail.

The summer 2015 edition includes a double page spread in which we highlight the key work we have been doing with our partners to improve transports links, keep the county connected and create jobs so that we continue to be the ‘County of Opportunity’.
