As you know, TNT Post is now delivering letters in London, Manchester and Liverpool.

If you identify TNT direct delivery items that display a CL102 indicia whilst preparing your walk, please arrange for these to be returned to your local revenue protection unit by your line manager.

If you find any abandoned TNT Post direct delivery items in the street during your walk, these should be reported immediately to Royal Mail Security. The contact helpline number is: 020 7239 6655.
