Double the number of colleagues sign up for payroll giving in January
Payroll giving

There’s been a 100% increase in the number of colleagues who have signed up for payroll giving in January 2014, compared to January last year.

Hundreds of colleagues have taken advantage of our special promotion, and signed up to give to charities and good causes they care about.

But don’t worry if you’ve yet to join them, as our special promotion is still available.
Extra funds

To mark the 25th anniversary of Royal Mail’s award-winning payroll giving scheme, and to celebrate the magnificent milestone of colleagues giving £50m since the scheme began in 1989, the business is running a special promotion that will see extra funds going to good causes.

If you’re new to payroll giving and sign up in February 2014, a one-off payment of £10 (if you sign up to benefit our Charity of the Year, Prostate Cancer UK) or £5 (for all other charities) will go to your chosen charity.

To sign up for payroll giving, simply complete the online application form or download and print the paper application form and send it to:

Personal Data Changes,
2nd Floor,
Pond Street,
SHEFFIELD S98 6HR
