Give up important employment rights for £3,000 worth of shares that could be worth less in 3 years time. No brainer - No to the shares.

It won't affect us, our shares come under a different scheme - moved to News room though as its good info.

In essence there are 2 main ones - this new one where you give up rights to gain shares. Ours is a HMRC one where they are various tax breaks if you keep them for 3 or 5 years.hans solo wrote:so what scheme is it were in the rm kid you all on again scheme

Ours I think relates to "Capital gains tax".
