this is the latest new from bbc and it is another report that rm says there will be no post till thursday.

I was wondering if this means that we will just be prepping frames all day Wednesday???

Don't worry about ten hour delivery it will give you practice for next summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or better still cut off and watch your managers running round your delivery in trainers and desighner jeans. Ha HA

Loads of casual/agency workers in at our office, exactly what RM expect them to is a mystery, weather its inward sorting on the deliveries or outward sorting on the processing its all gonna be a mess as English is not the first language for 99% of them. It'll be interesting to see if they are sent out with pre-prepped walks.

I'll nip down the office later to see if anyone went in,although after the way the delivery staff have been treated at Watford over the past 8-10 weeks people would need their lumps feeling if they did go in.

your delivery span is 3.5 hours you dont have to deliver after that so cut off and bring it back let the dims & poles do it.

This is the thing, the chances are the strike breakers will be in sorting and prepping for 4 days,i know that's happening in my place.
So there will be loads of rows because of the 3-30hr delivery time.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
