So is this true about leighton being a TNT board member?

If so, this puts a whole different complexion on matters.

I know of no chairman of a big business who is a board member of a rival company...that stinks

I can remember a RM spokesman saying there was no conflict of interest as he was a non-executive director. RM are good at one thing and that's sweeping muck under the carpet.Non Executive Directors can have " indirect" influence and I don't think TNT have him on board to make the numbers up.
