On behalf of clients Bracken Developments, surveyor Davies Harrison has let the final unit at Tomlinson Point in Leyland to Royal Mail.
The postal service agreed a rolling lease at £3.50/sq ft on a 17,500 sq ft unit.
John Harrison, partner at Davies Harrison, said: "This unit will act as an overflow to the Royal Mail's existing facilities, which are situated very close by.
Bracken has carried out a refurbishment of several units on the estate to a very good standard and we are pleased to have secured such a strong covenant for our client. This latest letting serves to further demonstrate that the confidence from the occupier market appears to be gradually improving, which encourages a more positive outlook for an improving economy."
Robert Pinkus & Co was the joint letting agent.
