A long-running dispute over workload at a south Bristol mail delivery office has been resolved.
Workers at the Bedminster depot on Mead Way held a series of strikes after claiming they were being asked to do more work with fewer people.
Following a series of talks between the Communication Workers Union (CWU) and Royal Mail at the conciliation service Acas, an agreement was reached.
A CWU spokesman said he was "pleased" the matter had been resolved.
He said the deal "provides for a common sense way forward".
The agreement will see a full revision of deliveries in the unit, as well as an independent review of both employee and industrial relations at the site.
The review will be conducted by Acas.
About 100 people work at the depot which serves properties in the BS4 (Knowle) and BS14 (Hengrove) postcode areas.

Agreement secured in long-running Bristol dispute
18th February 2013
Postal workers at the Royal Mail depot in Mead Street have voted unanimously to accept an agreement to end the long-running dispute at the depot over delivery rounds that were too long and allegations of bullying and harassment.
Following the involvement of arbitration service ACAS and a number of lengthy meetings, the resolution was concluded on Sunday afternoon.
The dispute raised its head back in November 2012 with members returning a 81 per cent yes vote for strike action. Since then, several [can we remember how many??] days of strike action have been taken by the 100-strong office which covers the BS4 and BS14 postcode areas of Bristol, finally resulting in a comprehensive resolution.
Bristol Area CWU Official Rob Wotherspoon said: "This has been an extremely long dispute and the members in this unit have stood firm throughout. We are pleased that we have now been able to conclude an agreement that provides for a common sense way forward.
"The biggest thing for members is that there will be a completely independent review of employee and industrial relations conducted by ACAS. This is important so that concerns about how people have been treated can be addressed. It's been put at the heart of the resolution and we won't let this slide - we want it to start as soon as possible."
As part of the agreement, Royal Mail has committed to doing a full revision of the deliveries in the unit with CWU involvement. This and the independent ACAS review form the main features of the resolution, which applies with immediate effect.
