A Newtown businessman is due to face trial after denying defrauding Royal Mail out of more than £14,000.
Piotr Dusza, 34, is accused of using the postage labels from another company, worth £14,572, for the operation of his own business between February 2, 2011, and October 7, 2011.
The Coventry Road man is also accused of being in possession of copies of Royal Mail printed postage impressions in connection with a fraud on October 6, 2011.
He appeared at Reading Crown Court on Thursday last week to deny the charges and his case has been listed for trial during the two weeks starting on Monday, November 26.
He has been bailed unconditionally.
