A VILLAGE postie left his stamp on a mum — knocking her down TWICE in his van.
Unlucky Mandie Hewings, 46, was cycling to work when Kevin Clarke pulled out of a blind lane and sent her flying over his bonnet.
Then just two months later the postman prat REVERSED into her as she was walking back home with her dog after buying a paper at the local shop.
In the FIRST CLASH mum- of-two factory worker Mandie was shocked but unhurt.

In the SECOND CLASH she went to hospital for treatment to bumps and bruises.
After that one, cops were called to Frampton-on-Severn, Gloucs, where Kevin, 50, gave a negative breath-test.
He has now been posted to a new round in Gloucester ten miles away while police and Royal Mail investigate.
One local said: “It’s the talk of the village. Remember the film The Postman Always Rings Twice? Well our postman knocks you down twice! We couldn’t believe it when she was run over for the second time earlier this month by the same driver. She’d only popped out to get a paper.”
Mandie declined to comment yesterday. The Sun found Kevin on his new round. He said: “It’s more than my job’s worth to speak to you.” But a pal said: “He’s sorry — it was a pure accident.”
Royal Mail said: “We take such incidents very seriously.”
