8,000 Bridgnorth blueprint leaflets missing in post

More than 8,000 copies of a blueprint setting out future development in Bridgnorth have gone missing in the post.

Results of Bridgnorth’s Town Plan questionnaire were due to be sent to residents by January. The plan took more than two years to produce.

Ray Gill, chairman of the Bridgnorth Town Plan Steering Committee, said: “The plan was published at the beginning of the year and should have been delivered to all with WV15 and WV16 postcodes.”

He said Royal Mail failed to send out about 8,000 leaflets. Royal Mail was now beginning to reprint them.
