Unfortunately he probably never made it back
Goodridge lay in wait in a Rentokil van and shot Mr Harsent, 26, in the spine and the thigh, leaving him paralysed and wheelchair-bound for life,

I doubt that stopped them! I bet he had a letter waiting for him on his bedside table when he woke up from anaesthetic in hospital from his DOM asking him when he would be likely to be returning to work... They issued a friend of mine with a stage warning while he was off having chemo :shock:
