Royal Mail a top performer in new parcel survey

Royal Mail has received a perfect score from customers in regards rarely damaging parcels, according to a new survey.

The company scored 100% when customers were asked to agree with the statement that it "rarely damages parcels" in the UK Domestic Parcels Distribution report from Triangle Management Services.

Of the 885, B2B and B2C customers surveyed, 99% agree that APC Overnight "rarely looses parcels" and on "meeting customer needs regarding collection of returns" Hermes came top of the 14 firms covered by the report with a score of 100%.
