Postcode Anywhere Launches PAF® Advisory Services

Address management and data quality specialists Postcode Anywhere are offering users of Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF®) a data ‘health-check’ with data licencing experts Data Advance.

Postcode Anywhere Advisory Services will offer clients expert help with Royal Mail address data and software licensing, compliance and risk assessment. It promises to “drastically reduce the costs of address management for enterprise-level business.”

An initial assessment will be provided to all clients free of charge, and for organisations spending more than £20,000 a year on address management technology, the service will be offered on a “no saving, no fee” basis.

Jennie Longden, former managing director of Royal Mail’s Address Management Unit, and managing director of Data Advance, said: “Procurement managers are demanding more transparency and more cost-effective address management for their companies. Peer-to-peer ticket exchange website Seatwave is a Postcode Anywhere customer which recently reassessed their address management requirements. Programme Director Matthew Ephgrave said: “We’re now saving something like £26,000 a year - a staggering £500 every week. Our technical lead wanted us to switch from a major competitor product for some time because of Postcode Anywhere’s installation benefits and the fact that the service is tons cheaper. Suffice it to say he is now a lot happier!
